Dr. Huda is best known for her kind and gentle manner to both her patients and her staff. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Alberta in 2005.
Prior to that, she had completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Jordan in 2000 (Ranked Second in her class), In addition to a one year residency at Dammam Central Hospital the following year.

As a high school student, I was fascinated with the sciences and numbers. In university, I decided to major in mathematics while studying the sciences as I had already come to the conclusion that I wanted to become a dentist. I graduated from the University of Toronto in 1996 and had the unique opportunity to do my residency training in New York City at the world-renowned Mt. Sinai Hospital where I was awarded the Prosthodontic Award. Armed with practical experience and the theoretical business background, my partner and I purchased a small practice in Carp where we worked together for 15 years.
Over my 20+ years, I have honed my clinical skills but, most importantly, I have developed a passion for interacting with my amazing patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals. Clinically, my focus has evolved steadily through training under mentors like Drs. Peter Dawson, Carl Misch, John Kois, and Pat Allen. Even today, I continue to focus on various surgical procedures from complicated extractions, bone grafts, periodontal surgery, soft tissue grafts, and complex rehabilitations of patient’s smiles and jaw relationships.

In my spare time I enjoy going to my family cottage, planning my next trip, reading a good book and doing yoga. I’m currently working on my yoga teacher training certificate and planning my wedding. Hi there, my name is Sandra. I am the most recent addition to the Aqua Dental hygiene team as of November 2019. And what a great team I have become a part of! It is a pleasure coming in to work each day, as the entire team are so warm and cheerful, and share my desire to provide caring, current and thorough care to each patient that walks through the door. I greatly value a team that works together to ensure that the office runs smoothly, and have been fortunate enough to find that here!
After staying home with my 2 daughters when they were young, I decided to go back to school, and graduated with honours from the Algonquin College Dental Hygiene program in 2007. Throughout my entire career, I have maintained memberships with the Canadian Dental Hygienist Association, the Ontario Dental Hygienist Association and the Ottawa Dental Hygienists Society.
I now have over 13 years of clinical experience dealing in all facets of dental hygiene care, and with a wide range of patients. In 2018, I spent some time working as a Clinician for the Algonquin College Dental Hygiene program, and greatly enjoyed working with the students. However, I found that one on one encounters with my patients suited me better, and so returned to full time work at a dental office. I feel it is very important to treat each patient as required based on their specific individual needs, and my goal is to promote and maintain optimal oral health. Education and confirmation of patient understanding are of great importance to me. I particularly enjoy the challenge of helping ease any anxiety an individual may bring to the chair. I desire to help them to feel that a visit to the dental office can be a positive experience.
In my free time, I enjoy walking through the woods with my husband, cycling, gardening, cross country skiing, cooking, and anything to do with music!
I have enjoyed meeting many of you so far, and look forward to meeting many more!

Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, I have proudly called Ottawa home since 1998. I have been working in dentistry for over 30 years, beginning my career as a dental assistant before transitioning to reception after 10 years. Over time, I advanced into the role of Office Manager, where I enjoy helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for both patients and our team.
Outside of work, I am the proud parent of two amazing adult children who are my greatest joy. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with family or enjoying the summer camping by the lake—my favorite way to relax and recharge.

Hey, I’m Jessie!
Originally from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, I moved to Ottawa to study Dental Hygiene at the Canadian National Institute of Health and have called Ontario home ever since. After practicing in Windsor for a while, I found myself missing what Ottawa had to offer and eventually returned to the capital. I spent many years working in the west end and am grateful during that time to have been recognized as a finalist for three years as a FACES Magazine Ottawa’s Choice Award Nominee. I joined Aqua in the winter of 2023, where I immediately felt at home and am so fortunate to call this team family.
Having a diverse healthcare background in several distinct fields, including optometry and integrative wellness, I bring a well-rounded lens to patient care. I take a holistic approach to life and dentistry, integrating my expertise in functional nutrition and the oral-systemic connection in promoting my patients’ overall well-being.
I deliver patient-centred care with a whole-body perspective in pursuit of happy smiles, thriving mouths, and lasting health. This allows me to provide clear guidance, personalized care, and a supportive presence at every visit while prioritizing patient advocacy and informed autonomy.
I seek every opportunity to expand my knowledge and put new insights into practice in order to better support and advocate for my patients. As a lifelong learner who enjoys staying current with relevant technologies and developments in healthcare, I believe that optimal health starts with a healthy mouth. I look forward to caring for your smile!
When I’m not enhancing smiles, I’m transforming spaces—spending my days off tackling full home renovations. Known as an avid lover of animals, traveling, and classic cars, my summers are spent with my husband on the water, on the street bike, or cruising around in our fully restored 1969 Chevy C10 and 1967 Firebird.

Hi,
I’m Reney. I joined the Aquafamily in March 2023 as one of their full time hygienists. What an absolute joy it was to finally get my Dream job here at Aquadental and be surrounded with fantastic, funny coworkers who truly make it a fun place to be!My journey with teeth began as a teenager when I spent 5 years in braces. Having a compassionate dentist who explained every step and showed me around the dental office really piqued my interest . I completed my BDS in 1999 in India , and after moving to Ottawa completed my Dental Hygiene program with Honors from Algonquin in 2003.
“If you find something you truly love doing , you will never have to work a day in your life” So technically I haven’t worked for 22 years in hygiene. Hahaha!!
I love empowering our patients with dental knowledge, and enjoy being a compassionate, empathetic listener. My patients inspire me daily and I return home every day satisfied that I made someone more at ease or that I was able to patiently listen to their concerns and put myself in their shoes. When I am not at work, I spend the rest of my hours with my wonderful husband and 4 children and enjoy baking, cooking, painting, playing badminton and taking part in community and cultural events.Looking forward to meeting you in person and making your visit at Aquadental a truly enjoyable experience

I was born and raised in Germany, but it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with Canada during my first visit in 1984. I met my husband here and made the big move in 1985 to get married — and I’ve been proud to call this country home ever since. After a several moves over the years, we have settled in the beautiful Ottawa area.
I’ve worked in dental administration for many years in a variety of roles, and I feel blessed to be part of the Aqua Dental team. The people I work with are amazing, and our
patients truly make each day rewarding.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren or enjoying the outdoors cycling, running, paddle boarding and cross country skiing in the winter. I love being active and taking in everything this beautiful area has to offer.
